United Therapeutics Cares is a patient support program that connects your patients with a dedicated team of specialists who provide education on access, affordability, and treatment support from day one. Our team will work one-on-one with your patients to provide ongoing, personalized education and support while on a United Therapeutics therapy.

*Patients must meet certain eligibility criteria to qualify for assistance. Patients receiving reimbursement under Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DoD (TRICARE), Indian Health Services, or similar federal or state programs, may not be eligible for some assistance. Some portion of this patient assistance may be administered by third-party patient assistance organizations. The Program is subject to additional state law restrictions. Patients residing in select states may not be eligible for the Program. Not available for Massachusetts residents, and certain restrictions apply for California residents.

Financial Assistance
Once your benefits have been verified, if you need financial assistance, you may qualify for one of the programs offered by United Therapeutics. Notify your Specialty Pharmacy (SP) when scheduling shipment or contact United Therapeutics Cares directly.

Co-Pay Assistance Card
For patients with commercial or private insurance plan, we offer a co-pay assistance card to help cover some of your out-of-pocket expenses if you are eligible.
Most eligible patients with commercial/private insurance plans may pay as little as a $0 co-pay for each prescription of ADCIRCA up to the monthly benefit of $800.
Patient Assistance Program (PAP)
United Therapeutics offers a free medication program for uninsured and underinsured patients who meet eligibility requirements.
